The fully automatic cartoning machine is a packaging equipment integrating mechatronics, pneumatic control, and optical control. It possesses full-process automation capabilities, automatically completing 1-4 folding, forming, and conveying of cartons. Simultaneously, it accurately inserts products, packaging materials, and folded instruction manuals into the cartons.It can also automatically complete complex packaging processes such as batch number printing, inserting paper flaps at both ends, and sealing with glue.It can efficiently handle various product specifications, including ampoules, vials, cartridges, pre-filled syringes, bottles, blister packs, pillow bags, and tube packaging, adapting to the diverse packaging needs of different industries.

UPE Microwave Vibratory Feeder is an automatic feeding device that realizes orderly material conveying by means of micro-vibration principle. It relies on micro vibrators to generate uniform and gentle vibration to complete the neat arrangement and automatic feeding of various bottles. With no rigid extrusion, it is specially designed for supporting packaging equipment of small and fragile bottles.

UPE Roller-Type Mesh Belt Conveyor System

The equipment utilizes UPE rollers to drive a food-grade mesh belt in a continuous loop, ensuring the smooth and stable conveyance of materials. A central grid-based positioning module precisely aligns workpieces, working in conjunction with pneumatic components to seamlessly bridge process stages and accommodate operations such as inline inspection and rejection.The UPE rollers feature high wear resistance and low noise levels, and do not damage the workpieces. The mesh belt ensures stable conveyance and high positioning accuracy. High-speed leaflet folding machine

Using imported German GUK folding machines, these machines are responsible for separating stacked sheets of paper one by one, feeding them precisely, folding them to specifications (1-4 folds), and stably outputting them to the boxing station to be packed into cartons along with the products.

In industries such as pharmaceuticals and food, it is a key component ensuring the high-speed operation of the production line (common speeds can reach 400-500 boxes/minute).

Four-station rotary suction mechanism

4-axis Carton Suction Mechanism (also known as 4-station Rotary Carton Suction Mechanism): It is the core carton picking/opening unit of the high-speed cartoning machine. Through 4 groups of silica gel/rubber suction cups and 4-axis linkage, it continuously completes the four-station actions of "carton suction → carton opening → carton conveying → reset". Its core structure includes a 4-axis rotating assembly, a vacuum suction cup assembly, a carton opening and shaping mechanism and a servo drive system. The speed can reach 200-600 cartons/minute. It can adapt to flat cartons of different sizes, stretch them into three-dimensional cartons and accurately convey them to the cartoning station.

Carton Closing Mechanism

The tongue-insertion mechanism is the core execution unit at the end of a fully automatic cartoning machine, responsible for sealing the cartons. It is primarily used to systematically fold, push, snap, and tighten the tongues of cartons already filled with products and instruction manuals, achieving a glue-free, self-locking seal.

Through a fixed folding plate, a swinging tongue, a servo fork, or pneumatic actuators, the mechanism sequentially completes the bending of the inner wing of the carton, the guiding and pushing in of the outer main tongue, and the shaping and locking of the carton opening, ensuring a tight seal, secure fastening, and a neat shape.
